There have been numerous customer complaints about online orders, according to (Trustpilot, 2022) Michael Kors promised 24-hour customer service, but most of the time, customers are responded to within 72 hours, which isn't as fast as it should be. Furthermore, the website has a poor hosting service, which causes customers to leave the website without placing an order. In addition, the company website does not provide online chat support, which is essential for such a large company.
During my research of Michael Kors' competitors, I discovered that the website does not provide any sort of mix and match products or alternatives.
